Simplify the top right nav.

Sid Sijbrandij requested to merge top-right-nav into master

Problems that are fixed:

  1. Clutter of three items.
  2. It is not clear that Explore will currently sent you to another website.
  3. Sign up and Sign in go to the same site
  4. Sign up is now called registration

The new target shows the explore links as the first on for new users, I think that should be good enough.
