1st Iteration to Courses Page

Abby Matthews requested to merge am-courses-page-update into master

As we discussed I have made a 1st iteration to the courses page and added:

  1. Short Introduction
  2. Started to write instructions for Youtube (pinged you for access to the account)
  3. Added Abby Matthews as the person to assign MRs
  4. Edits to existing course headings
  5. Added Backend (BCK)

To follow:

  1. Onboarding: mention in the Issue to review and take courses for your department
  2. Instructions to upload videos to Youtube
  3. Learning and Development Page (separate MR for that)
