Attempt to trying to add mclaughlin to the team page (again!)

Attempt #2 (closed) trying to add my image and profile to the team page. My first attempt failed miserably as I think I forgot to do a local git add of the files. Best I can tell, I think I did things correctly this time. Submitting this merge request. Please mention me if I messed something up so I can correct things. Thanks!

Boom! First contribution. Only a pebble ... but a start!

Ooohhh...just learned that listing a pound sign followed by a # automatically embeds in a reference to that issue number. I'll be smarter on that going forward.
