Change comparisons.yml to features.yml

@sytses asked for this to avoid confusion as the YML file is mostly used for listing features at this point. I grep'd for all the uses of data.comparisons so I think everything should be accounted for.

Waiting on the features page to be merged then I can finish this and have it merged.
