Spelling, grammar, and formatting fixes to CEO handbook page

Some spelling and punctuation fixes. I also tried to make periods at the end of list items internally consistent within the list. I have a personal bias toward periods at the end of list items which are complete sentences, but you could also go the other direction and remove them. (Just be consistent.)
