Adding or clarifying a few benchmarks

My understanding is that these level specific jobs pages (junior for recruiter, lead for technical writing) are going away as part of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/peopleops/issues/329

For now, this allows us to go ahead with hiring for these roles.
