Adding Tech Stack information to the Sales Handbook Main Page.

@ChadMalchow I'm adding tech stack information to the main Sales Page. I'll be removing any mention of opps from the main page and will replace Standard Operating Procedure with managing your records in Salesforce (stage by stage). Sections on opp naming convention, etc will move to the section on creating opportunities.
