Fix broken link for Ricardo Rauch

A report from HackerOne stated that a link to an old GitHub profile on the source/posts/2011-11-22-whats-next.html.md page was now broken due to the user renaming or deleting their account. The HackerOne researcher created their own profile at that location and placed a "malicious" link in the profile URL.

I tracked down what I think is the new profile link for that person.

@dzaporozhets or @sytses can you verify that the new link is pointing to the same person?
