Rename slack channel used for slack_ci notifications.

Should we also rename channel label value defined at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-cookbooks/gitlab-prometheus/blob/master/templates/default/alertmanager.yml.erb#L17 and used in rules files to ci-cd or ci_cd?
