Update installed Ruby to v2.1.8

Merged username-removed-420215 requested to merge maur8ino/gitlab-development-kit:align-ruby-version into master

Hello everybody! This is my first MR 😄

While trying out gitlab-development-kit with Vagrant, I noticed that the Vagrantfile installs ruby-2.1.6 via rvm while both Gitlab-ce and Gitlab-ee use ruby-2.1.8, so this MR aligns Ruby versions.
