Prepend cwd for cd gitlab-workhorse command
Relative paths don't work when using cd within tmux, and perhaps other terminal mulitplexers, for some reason. So we're making these paths explicit.
Similar solution was used for !214 (merged)
Do not update/delete: Banner broadcast message test data
