Checkout locales/*/gitlab.po after compiling

Bob Van Landuyt :neckbeard: requested to merge bvl-ignore-generated-locale-changes into master

Compiling touches the timestamp of each file and adds #fuzzy & #obsolete tags to the strings. These can safely be discarded. The changes that were part of gitlab.po should already be stashed from the gitlab/.git/pull task.
