Notice of 'project moved' needs to include the OLD project name/location and

(I don't consider this a feature request since the current email notices are essentially useless.)

I just received a bunch of project moved notices from a group on my local GitLab CE installation, and had no easy way to determine what the original project was since they appear to have been renames. I was able to figure out what they were based on context and history, but as it is, the email notice is pretty useless.

Please update this to include the OLD name of the repository or old location in the notice.

This was with 7.7.

Side note - would also be tremendously helpful if it would show WHO performed the move... as it is, there is no indication of who did it in the email.

This one can be closed. It's fixed in 8.1.0
