Reg: global projects under groups or users manually

In the 5.4-to-6.0.md update Doc its mentioned :

you need to move all your global projects under groups or users manually before update. or they will be

automatically moved to the project owner namespace during the update

Is there a possibility to do this thru rake script similar to migrate_global_projects.rake.

Instead of doing thru GUI.

Actaully i found issue in migrating thru GUI, it happened bcoz of the DB issue and was solved with DB fix. Thanks

Mainly the reason for the issue is bcoz of slow Net.
