Ability to create labels on the fly

Let's say I want to add an issue.

I click to New issue button, fill up fields Title, Description, Assignee, Milestone.

Then I want to select a label that doesn't exist yet, but I can't do it staying on the page.

I have to save an issue without a label I want to select, then go to the Labels section, create a new label, go back to edit the issue I've just created, select the new label and save ticket.

I would like to see a feature create label on the fly: if there's no label I want to select in the dropdown list, there would be a way to add that label to the project and select it to the issue staying on the page.
