Include database type and version in Admin components overview

We currently show helpful information like versions for GitLab, gitlab-shell, Git, Ruby, Rails in the "Components" section on the admin dashboard.
We should add a row for the database type and version. When we need this kind of information from a user for support purposes it's easier to just say "grab a screenshot of this section on the admin dashboard".
Link items together to show that they're related or that one is blocking others.
