Different width of right-side panel in issues

When scrolling an issue, I've noticed, that there is width difference between top view and middle of issue view of right-side box.

Top view:	Middle/bottom view:

Why can't this be always like middle/bottom view aligned to the right edge, to give comments more width?

Width is hardcoded in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/app/assets/stylesheets/pages/issuable.scss#L22

Could use Bootstrap event affix.bs.affix to set the width of the box dynamically just before it gets affixed.
