Unicorn workers create lots of zombies

In 7.10.0.rc4

This is caused by gitlab-org/gitlab-grack@44f5f54d1773928397d6a6c41dab04db688ec94a, which reverted gitlab-org/gitlab-grack@55b35b61cd5d8a11e95e64f520eb812e1f21c499.

I think a Grack MR is available in gitlab-grack!1 (merged).
