Link color doesn't have enough contrast

Hello, I know that sometimes color palette can be difficult to perfect, but there are some accessibility concerns with the link color contrast in the default theme. It looks like you're using hex color # 3084bb, which only has a 4.08:1 color contrast ratio against a white background. The minimum acceptable contrast ratio for normal text is 4.5:1, according to the w3c.
Something like # 29709F would still match your color scheme but provide the appropriate contrast level. Thanks, really appreciate your effort to make GitLab accessible!
