Manual Installation Guide should mention to remove nginx default site

The manual installation guide assume you start from a blank system, asking to install nginx.

But the default install, at least on ubuntu 13.10, have an enabled "default" site and gitlab doesn't show up until this default site is removed from the site-enabled directory.

also true of 14.04 nginx setup. May need to offer a comment in the configs gitlab and gitlab-ssl to uncomment a default_server option rather than having it by default.
