Show commit message in issues

Commits with issue mentions (issue #123456) are displayed in the regarding issue like mentioned in commit 48d55b10. It would be much more helpful if the commit message would be displayed too just like that:

Since the commit messages contain always important information and documentation, which may be relevant to the issue.

(I didn't post it to the feature request board, since I think it shouldn't be a big change)
