Regression: Project settings icon alignment

In 7.12 rc3 the icons in project settings are mis-aligned. This was not present in 7.11.

@jacobvosmaer No, this is still an issue on gitlab.com, too. Click 'Settings' in a project to see. Groups, Git Hooks, Audit Events are all a little left of the others.

My bad, I did not read correctly that this is about the project settings specifically.

I edited the issue description to put emphasis on 'project settings'.

@darby didn't you work on this with @rspeicher? Could you have a look?

@JobV I didn't work on this, but I can have a look. It's just a padding issue.

FYI this is only in EE. Fix should be as simple as adding the fw class to the icons (or fa-fw if they're not using the icon helper).

@rspeicher i will get to this today/tomorrow. I had to reinstall the GDK in order to access the EE.
