Dashboard infinite scroll breaks on navigation

1. Go to Dashboard.
2. Click any link on the page (something in the sidebar, or something in the feed).
3. Navigate "Back" in browser.
4. Scroll down.

We now have pagination.

No this is still definitely active - it's specifically for the Activity feed infinite scroll, which does not have pagination.
