Some shortcuts don't work on Global Dashboard

The 4 shortcuts of the Global Dashboard don't work:

• g a Go to the activity feed
• g p Go to projects
• g i Go to issues
• g m Go to merge requests

"Show help"(key ?) and "focus search"(key s) are ok though. And so are shortcuts for the project and network view.

Tested with two recent versions of Chrome.

@lbennett Just tested this. All shortcuts except g p Go to projects work. @alfredo1 Could you take a look into this? You touched the shortcuts lately.

@alfredo1 I was just messing around with the shortcuts too, I'm more than happy to add this to !4393 (merged) if you're already on some other issues.

@alfredo1 It doesn't work on the dashboard on GitLab.com but it does locally.
