Reduce max width of Wiki pages to 790px

• I move the labels to the position above the input fields. I think it would be easy to browse both on desktop and mobile.

Wiki - Git Access

• I change the <lengend> font-size to 19px since the current font-size looks a little big.
• I slightly modified the margin between each section (Install Gollum, Clone your wiki, and Start Gollum And Edit Locally).
• Removed the lines under the titles (such as Install Gollum, ...) to make the screen be cleaner.
