GitHub Importer duplicates import entries

I'm running GitLab CE 7.14.3 and use it mainly with Firefox on Windows.

When importing projects from GitHub, GitLab add's the import jobs twice at the top of the list:

gitlab-github-import

The first job is succeeding, the second will stay on started forever...

I would expect GitLab to add the import job exactly once and not twice.
