Downloading artifacts from branch index page is messy

This dropdown menu to download build artifacts is getting very large and I'd seriously question its utility. This long dropdown menu is found on the branches page as well as the repository file index page:

Perhaps these options should be limited to the pipelines page or perhaps we could just turn this into a "download all build artifacts" link?
