Issue numbers on milestone page are not displayed correctly

Summary

All issue numbers on the milestone view issue list are replaced with >= issuable.to_reference.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a milestone's page (e.g. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/milestones/33).

Expected behavior

The issue number prefixed with # (e.g. #1234 (closed)).

Actual behavior

Instead of the issue number, >= issuable.to_reference is displayed.
