The "New project" and "New Group" buttons are inconsistently styled

Proposed Steps:

Add a "+" icon on the project button Titleize the button name i.e. From New project to New Project like "New Group", "New Issue", "New Merge Request".

@corehook Fork the gitlab-org/gitlab-ce project, clone your own fork, create a new branch, make the changes, commit, push to your fork, create a merge request on gitlab-org/gitlab-ce based on your branch.
