Project and group icons should be clickable
Summary
Since 9.1, project icons aren't clickable anymore. That's a regression since it worked in 9.0. Also, it's unclear when you can click on an icon or not. E.g. in the activity view, the user avatar is a link to the user's profile. Group icons should also be links to group pages.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to dashboard or gitlab-org group
- Try to click on project icon
