Install gitlab-workhorse and gitaly from mirrors

Description
When installing gitlab-shell, the gitlab:shell:install task accepts a repo parameter, which can be used to install from a mirror or a fork. This is useful if you have an unreliable connection to gitlab.com, or if you want to install from a fork to test changes.
It would be great if the gitlab:workhorse:install and gitlab:gitaly:install tasks had the same functionality.
Proposal
Add a repo parameter to the 2 tasks.
Link items together to show that they're related or that one is blocking others.
