Update environments list in realtime.

This is especially valuable for deploy boards to keep current deployment in sync with the board.

This was is way easier than all the other since it's already built with vue.js

@bikebilly from Fronted point of view, yes, it is possible. We just need to add a call to the Poll function and write some tests, I would say 4hours would be enough. But I do not know what is the status of backend.

@grzesiek do you know?

@filipa It does not seem to be a large effort. Writing proper tests would be probably the most challenging part.
