Autocomplete is not disabled on snippet comments
Per https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/32086, autocomplete should be disabled in snippet comments.
Currently, typing @, #, etc will throw a bunch of errors in the console.
Not sure how this regressed yet
