Unsubscribe from Issue/MR from email footer

Proposed text along the lines of:

You're receiving this email because of your account on gitlab.com. If you'd like to receive fewer emails, you can adjust your notification settings or unsubscribe from this thread.

Is this a issue to change the text or to to add an unsubscribe link?

It was intented for the latter. The former seems to be covered by #1366 (moved)
