Date of month missing in network graph
If two adjacent commits in the network graph were made on the same day of different months, the date of the month does not appear next to the earlier commit. See the screenshot in ticket #1383 (closed); the number "6" should appear next to "Feb".
Steps to reproduce: Take an existing repo which has a commit on the same day number as today, but in a past month, e.g. today use Oct. 23. Checkout the Oct. 23 commit onto a new branch. Make another commit. Now you have an Oct. 23 and a Nov. 23 commit next to each other. Push just that branch into a new Gitlab repo. View the network graph.
Expected behavior: "23" appears next to both "Oct" and "Nov".
Observed behavior: Next to "Oct" is blank.
This is probably caused by the code that prevents the day of the month from repeated for commits on the same day. It is probably checking only that the date is the same instead of checkout that the entire date is the same.
