Zero-click vs easier discovery?

What questions are you trying to answer?
Is Auto DevOps the most important thing to work on next? Or is making existing functionality easier to discover the most important thing?
Are you looking to verify an existing hypothesis or uncover new issues you should be exploring?
What is the backstory of this project and how does it impact the approach?
We're already working on Auto DevOps, with the belief that automatically enabling a full CI/CD configuration will increase adoption (and thus customer happiness and LTV). But I wonder to what extent we should be looking at making other uses easier. Many people say GitLab CI is already incredibly easy to use, but a few others have the opposite sentiment.
What do you already know about the areas you are exploring?
What does success look like at the end of the project?
