Autofocus = true for dashboard

It would be nice if we enabled autofocus for the project live search, if you have your projects as default. For this input:

This would allow you to quickly jump to the project you want, quickly and easily.

alternatively, move up the tabindex of this input so that it's first or second

@JobV after short discussion it was decided that it would be better to move up tab index of the input to make it first.

Autofocus is too much, the field is used in the workflow, but it's not the only possible workflow on the page.
