After release retrospective
An Agile retrospective is a meeting that's held at the end of an iteration in Agile software development (ASD ). During the retrospective, the team reflects on what happened in the iteration and identifies actions for improvement going forward.
I think that it would really benefit us as a team to do after release meeting and discuss what was awesome and what was not.
In previous teams that I worked in this always served pretty well, allowing to summarize milestone and decide about after release actions.
If anyone has any questions how it looks like we can talk and I can tell about my RETROs.
