Improve “New project“ page description explaining what a project is
Description
There's a perception that most people that use GitLab have trouble defining what is a project. Projects are frequently mistaken for repositories and the terms are used interchangeably. There's also a general misconception that projects always have a repository — users don't realize that it can simply be an issue tracker or a wiki.
The current description of the “New project“ page doesn't clarify these concepts, it just says what you can do there:
Create or Import your project from popular Git services
Proposal
“A project is where you house your files (repository), plan your work (issues), and publish your documentation (wiki), among other things. All features are enabled when you create a project, but you can disable the ones you don't need in the project settings.”
