Remove Git version advisory from update guides
I wanted to remove the "Double check your Git version" preamble from the update guides: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/doc/update/8.2-to-8.3.md#0-double-check-your-git-version

Are we doomed to include this note about Git version for every update guide ever? https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/doc/update/8.2-to-8.3.md#0-double-check-your-git-version

@rspeicher: how long has it been there?
rspeicher [1:28 PM]
@axil: Looks like since 7.12

ok lemme think

I'd even be fine with making that section its own guide and just linking to it in the update guides

But it's just a lot of noise right now, I think

here's my thought. since it is included in at least one mandatory upgrade path (7.14-8.0) and all our installation guides since that path include this section, it's good to go from the upgrade guides.

about making it its own guide, I was thinking if it would make sense to make a separate cve doc (if we haven't one already) and link there
I agree with @axil, both on removing it from future guides, and having a separate CVE doc.
What do you think, @jacobvosmaer @marin @ayufan?
