Reset issue boards add issues modal page when filtering

What does this MR do?

Resets the page param when filtering the add issues modal. This fixes an issue when you would scroll down increasing the page param & then try to filter, it would actually still take the old page param & make filtering sometimes return no issues or the wrong count of issues.
