Enable FIDO U2F on Opera browser

What does this MR do?

Modifies U2F support detection, so U2F tokens can be used in Opera browser.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

No.

Why was this MR needed?

Because I do use Opera and FIDO U2F token, but GitLab thinks that it's not supported.

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?

Yes, it's just a minor, one-line, isolated change.
