Fix tests

Fixes the following spinach tests.

Test was introduced in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/9382 but emoji structure changed in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/9569

Error summary:
  Failures (2)
    Award Emoji :: I add and remove custom award in the issue :: And I can remove it by clicking to icon
    Award Emoji :: I add award emoji using regular comment :: Then I have new comment with emoji added

Also fixes Live preview a customized broadcast message in admin_broadcast_messages_spec.rb
