What does this MR do?
Provide additional information to the users who are making the configuration changes so that 3rd party providers such as Google can be used as login authentication providers. In the instruction it was not clear if we are make the external_url from raw IP address to proper FQDN format. Not providing the proper FQDN means Google will reject the request for authentication approval.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Why was this MR needed?
Help users to overcome debugging to find out what's wrong, when Google reject the request stating raw IP not allowed.
