Disclaimer for testing guide not be be used in prod

Warn users not to install GitLab for production use with our test instructions.

The reason this is important is because we don't mount any volumes in this test setup, this means any production data would be created inside the container. Then when it is time to upgrade they can follow our Docker instructions and lose all their data or our Omnibus instructions and use the container as a VM which is not supported or recommended.

Thanks @dewetblomerus I agree we need something here! We should probably say why it's intended for testing purposes only, or update the guide to include sound production advice. Let's ask the technical writers to take a look.
