Send more Gitaly::Repository fields
What does this MR do?
Create Gitaly::Repository objects in just one place. Add extra fields on these objects.

Why was this MR needed?
In order to run Gitaly across a network connection we need to be able to address repositories without using full disk paths because those might not be the same on the Gitaly server.
