What does this MR do?
Fixes two small errors in the markdown-help-page:
- the description and result of the "asterisks and underscores" emphasis did not match
- https://gitlab.com/help/user/markdown#emphasis
- the double-space-linebreak did not have a double space

No, pretty small and easy to read.
