Mention Microsoft teams service in project services doc

To me this is a little too vague, I think we should add an example in a code block and explain where should we put it. Doable for 9.1? If not, I think we should create a separate issue and milestone it to 9.2. :)

@marcia If you go to a project's service (/services/microsoft_teams/edit) you will see it's self-explanatory. If you think it's still an issue, let's create a new issue :)

I do think we need to add a screenshot to the docs, with your line: "Go to a project's service (/services/microsoft_teams/edit) you will see it's self-explanatory." - except for the webhook part (it isn't self-explanatory to me, no).

Anyway, I think our docs should be self-sufficient, we shouldn't rely on 3rd-party docs. :)
