Added svg icons for not-found status
What does this MR do?
It adds svg icons for used in application for CI status not-found
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
I just added the icons, I do not know how the status is currently handled internally.
Why was this MR needed?
The icons was not present yet (i assumed/checked) Plus i updated the graphic slightly because of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/1718 and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/10923
