Fix Knapsack report names for RSpec and Spinach

What does this MR do?

This fix the Knapsack report names for RSpec and Spinach jobs. These jobs were recently renamed and the Knapsack reports includes part of the jobs names.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Why was this MR needed?

The update-knapsack job was failing because of that: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/builds/16577165 (see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/builds/16577033/artifacts/browse/knapsack/gitlab-ce/ for the wrongly named report files).
